Cancelation Policy & Refunds

Overview

Refund policy for cancellations & amendments for all bookings up to 31 December 2023:

All Private Island Tours & Shore Excursions

• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour.
• If you cancel a reservation less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour, or, if you are a no show, then you are not entitled to a refund.

Semi-Private Boat Tours

• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour.
• If you cancel a reservation less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour, or, if you are a no show, then you are not entitled to a refund.

Private Boat Tours

• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 73 hours prior to the start time of the tour.
• If you cancel a reservation less than 73 hours prior to the start time of the tour, or, if you are a no show, then you are not entitled to a refund

Private Helicopter Rides

• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 73 hours prior to the start time of the tour.
• If you cancel a reservation less than 73 hours prior to the start time of the tour, or, if you are a no show, then you are not entitled to a refund

All Wine Tours

• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour.
• If you cancel a reservation less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour, or, if you are a no show, then you are not entitled to a refund

Transfers

• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour.
• If you cancel a reservation less than twenty-four hours prior to the start time of the transfer, or, if you are a no show, then you are not entitled to a refund.

We reserve the right to change these booking conditions at any time prior to you making a booking.
